Straightforward will including specific gifts, cash gifts, guardians, executors, funeral wishes, pets. No trusts. Max 10 beneficiaries.

Couple (mirror wills)      £500

Will incorporating life interest/protective property/discretionary/vulnerable person's trust   £400-£850 (18-25 Trust £400, other trusts £600, two trusts £750, more than two trusts £850)

Couple (mirror trust wills)   £650-£1,200 (18-25 Trust £650, other trusts £750, two trusts £1,000, more than two trusts £1,200)

Letter of Wishes      £100 Life Interest Trust, £150 Other trusts (per letter)

Lodging Will at Probate Registry £70

One LPA document (Property and Financial LPA or Health and Welfare LPA) to registration   £300

Two LPA documents, one individual to registration   £500

Two LPA document, couple to registration   £500

Four LPA documents, couple to registration   £950

LPA Deed of Revocation £60

Certified copy of an LPA (per copy)   £100

Office of the Public Guardian Registration Fee (additional to my fees) (per document unless eligible for reduction/exemption)  £82

I am not VAT registered so the price you see is the total that you will pay. In certain circumstances, disbursements or payments to other third parties will be payable in addition to my fees. You will always be made aware of these fees in advance of them being incurred with the exception of postage.
